By accessing this website and utilizing our event management services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Imperial Star Events if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Services Rendered

Imperial Star Events acts as an event management and production company. The specific details, deliverables, and costs of the services will be outlined in a separate, formal contract agreed upon by the client and Imperial Star Events before commencement of any work.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and services. Full payment schedules will be detailed in the client contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the suspension of services or cancellation of the event.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are strict due to the nature of event planning and vendor commitments. In the event of a client cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Any further refunds will be determined based on the timeline and terms set out in the individual client contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Imperial Star Events shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
